Our nursery operates for 51 weeks of the year with closures over bank holidays and 3 days between Christmas and new year. The week we are closed will be factored into all fees.
Our fees include everything your child will need for the day such as: nappies, wipes, creams, a delicious home cooked menu of 3 meals per day and plenty of snacks in between.
Fees are calculated over 51 weeks and divided by 12 months. Any adhoc sessions will be added monthly to the following month’s invoice.

Government childcare support:
From April 2024 all eligible children of working parents from the term after 9 months old could receive government support at either 15 hours or 30 hours per week. As an all year round setting we stretch each child’s funding over the year to support attendance for 51 weeks of the year and consistent fee structure. If you are eligible for 15 hours, this will stretch to 11 hours year round ( 51 weeks) or 22 hours for children in receipt of 30 hours government support.

All funding spaces are subject to availability.
For (15 hours) 2- and 3-year-old funding this could cover 3 x 3.5 hour sessions per week across 51 weeks of the year or if claiming extended funding (30 hours) this could cover 5 x 4 hours sessions across 51 weeks of the years.
All funded places are subject to time changes depending on the
availability of the nursery.
Registration Fee and Deposit
To secure a place at Cherry Pie day nursery, parents will be asked to pay a £200.00 deposit, deposits will be returned to parents on their last month’s invoice with the nursery, and a registration fee of £50. If you are taking up a fully funded space (only accessing funded hours) with Cherry Pie Day Nursery no registration fee or deposit will be required to secure your child’s place.
